Dhana Safaris is a Company owned and run by a very well trained and experienced couple in hospitality and tourism industry in general. Their knowledge, experience, exposure and well combined culture made it possible to employ and form a Team which guarantees you that, “The Satisfaction is Clear!” The Team is full of knowledge in all aspects which will turn your life dream into reality by simply taking care of your questions, concerns, assurance, finance and finally advice. Our Team Members are very well informed and exposed due to various educational trips conducted by the Company in order to make them tourists first to understand exactly what a person on vacation needs. We are mainly operating in East Africa which is Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda with business partners in Rwanda who we can sub-contract your safari on request. We have chosen this particular area due to our vast knowledge on this destination. We need to operate in an environment which is well known and manageable to us in serving you better! We are currently conducting three types of services; Special Safaris, FITs and Incentive Groups. Our Menus elaborates all the main safaris and accompaniments for the above services.

In assuaring your comfortability and vacation enjoyment we do the following;

	Customer Service Coordinator Meet & Greet service at your point of arrival.
	Safari briefing by our CSC before you start your safari and De-briefing after your safari.
	We assist you with hotel/lodge/camp check-in and check-out throughout the time you are with us in town hotels or in bush.
	We provide you with 24-hours emergency telephone numbers
	Everyday short briefing for the next day program by our driver Guide
	Mobile phone in the vehicle to call us on emergency and home.
	CSC daily checking with Driver Guide and clients on vacation progress.

Environment Awareness is the pillar of our operations wherever we are, in town or in the bush! Let’s all join together our Hearts, Hands and Heads together to conserve this beautiful landmass called Earth for our own better life and well maintained wildlife! Our Team Members are strictly instructed not to break any National Park rules and to report to the authorities whoever does. Dhana plants about 5,000 indigenous trees per year through Osupuko Foundation (www.osupukolodges.com). This is done within the areas of our own operations and community members around the area.

Community Projects are conducted through Osupuko Foundation whereby main focus in directed to education and water projects in the rural areas. Dhana owners are one of the Founder Directors of Kamitei Foundation (www.kamitei.org). Through their six year experience with Kamitei Foundation, they have confirmed that education is the better way of alleviating poverty and improve standard of living in rural areas.
