Our Sales Personnel are well trained and experienced in taking care of your inquiry in respond on time with all answers for your questions to make sure you are well informed until deciding to have a memorable vacation with us in Africa. They have a vast knowledge in National Parks, Game Reserves, Cultural Tourism, Community Projects, Historical sites and many more. They are there to make sure you are comfortable with one of the chosen itinerary or in tailoring your own choice of itinerary as well as accommodation!
Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) performs Meet & Greet service to you on arrival together with your Transfer Driver or Driver Guide. CSC main function is to make sure that your arrival is comfortable and you are traveling at home now and not with strangers! Feel free to let him/her answer your immediate familiarization questions about the country you have just arrived. Lost luggage, immigration formalities, often used words for the local language, introduction to your driver, Country tips and many more will be quickly assisted/ discussed at this point. You will agree on Safari Briefing as this depends on your time and tiredness as it can be done on the following day.
During Safari Briefing the following will be brought to your attention; brief summary of your Driver Guide knowledge and experience, Dos & Don’ts while on safari, compare safari itineraries and in case of any differences, additions, changes will be concluded, tipping advice and extra activities which can fir into your itinerary at extra cost. Upon finishing your safari you will be met again for De-briefing. It’s very important for you to give us honest feedback of your activity as this is the only way we can keep on serving you, your family and your friends better on our next safari. You will be issued with a Feedback Questionaire but word of mouth and emails are more than welcomed! We will wish you a Farewell Goodbye with unforgettable Gifts from people of Africa.
Professional Guides will take care of you throughout your safari/activity. All our Guides have attended high levels training in Wildlife and on a separate note on Bird Watching, Culture and Community Projects. Gilliard Godfrey Mollel is a native Maasai born and raised in rural areas on the bottom slopes of the famous Mount Meru (2nd highest mountain in Tanzania after Mt. Kilimanjaro) known as Sekey Village at Arusha region on 28th June 1974. Got his basic education in the same Village and later secondary school and college then attended different courses including Professional Guiding with Bronze Level from Kenya Society of Professional Guides - KSPG. He is very conversant with all East Africa tourists’ attraction areas with very good English communication skills. If you are a Birder, your dream is reality with Gilliard. Fadhili Japhet Mwanga is a native Pare born and raised in rural areas in the lovely landscapes of Monduli which is a Maasai country about 40kms West of Arusha town on 16th June 1961. He got his primary education in Monduli and secondary education in Pare Mountains. Later on he worked with Tanzania Breweries Limited as motor vehicles’ mechanic for seven years then attended guiding Course conducted by Tanzania Tour Operators Association (www.tatotz.org) for six months. Joined his first safari company in 1988 and completely fall in love with the wildlife to-date. Since 1988 Fadhili has attended a number of courses on wildlife, environment, guiding skills, nature walks, culture and many more. He is quite good in all aspects of safari especially on culture and birds. What a pleasure to be on safari with a pure Pare born in Maasai and speak the language! See more!
